Talentbird makes it cheaper, faster and easier for employers to find people like you. And when they do, here's how we'll work with you.
When an employer likes your resume and requests and interview, Talentbird will contact you with information about that employer and the position they think you might be right for. If you wish to proceed, we arrange all the interviews for you. Then, once the interview process is complete, if that employer wishes to hire you, their offer of employment will be made to you through Talentbird. If you accept their offer, your decision is communicated to the employer through Talentbird. We only charge your new employer a service fee when you actually begin working.

Note: Before you Register with Talentbird, make sure you have:
- portfolio samples: maximum size 8Mb, in pdf or jpg format (tiff, Word and Powerpoint files will also be accepted)
- read and accepted the Candidate Rules of Engagement
